During the Haute Couture Bridal Week, we are sure you would have spotted the dreamiest of wedding gowns on the runway. Perhaps, you’ve also shortlisted the designer whose creation you plan to wear, as you walk down the aisle. As the big day nears, you’d need a variety of fine jewelry too – we offer you some delicate options.

In this edit of bridal jewelry, we’ve taken the subtle route. Minimalism rules our selection of bridal jewels – earrings, studs, rings and pendants as Marchesa, Georges Chakra, Chanel, Elie Saab, Georges Hobeika, Angel Sanchez wow us with their divine bridal wear this season.

The moment we spotted the Dior opal bracelet, which was unveiled at the High Jewelry Week in Paris, we fell in love with it. The opal bracelet from the Dior et d’Opales, we admit, is by no means minimalistic. This jewel is a statement piece no doubt, set in tones that blend in seamlessly with bridal gowns. “The opal is a very poetic stone,” says Victoire de Castellane, Artistic Director of Dior Joaillerie. “It’s like an invitation to enter a fairytale, to experience magic. When I look at an opal, I feel like I’m seeing the earth from afar, the oceans, the archipelagos, and the reflections of stars on ocean waves... I see it as nature’s gemstone par excellence, a stone that’s so intertwined with femininity, its connection becomes organic.”

Featured in the gallery are select pieces from Cartier, Chaumet, Boucheron, Chanel, Chopard, including the Toi et Moi rings from the Aria collection by De Beers, Cushion-cut diamond ring by Harry Winston and Rose earrings set in 18k white gold set with 92 brilliant-cut diamonds by Piaget.
