Fashion Trust Arabia revealed the names of the 24 talented designers who made it to the finalists list. With Gabriela Hearst, Natalie Kingham, Roger Moukarzel, Alexander Fury and many others on the Advisory Board, the jury members for the FTA 2021 Awards haven’t yet been announced.

As for the next event, it will be during the first week of November when 6 awards will be handed. One winner from each section will be chosen, and for now the names are distributed as the following:

For the Ready-to-Wear Award the Lebanese Cynthia Merhej, Lebanese Lama Jouni, Egyptian Maram Aboul Enein, and Iraqi Zaid Affas are nominated;

For the Eveningwear Award the Lebanese Elie Mizrahi, Iraqi Harith Hashim, Jordanian Laith Maalouf and Moroccan Mohamed Benchellal are nominated;

For the Jewellery Award the Emirati Alia Bin Omair, Tunisian Azza Skhiri Bouchamaoui, Lebanese Julien Riad Sahyoun, Lebanese Tania & Dima Nawbar are nominated;

For the Accessories Award the Algerian Billal Fellah, Saudi Dania Shinkar, Kuwaiti Haya Al AbdulKareem, and Moroccan Zakaria Bendriouich are nominated;

For the Franca Sozzani Debut Talent Award the Sudanese AbdelGader El Tayeb Al Sadig, Iraqi Malik Thomas Jalil Kydd, Egyptian Mina Tahir by Mintallah Tahir and Qatari Roudha by Roudha Ahmed Almazroei are nominated;

And for the Unique Edition Award the brands Alado, ANEW CROSS, Laura Laurens and Priah are nominated.
