Avoid smoking
Smoking is probably the worst possible thing you could do to your teeth. Tobacco causes brown stains that penetrate the tooth enamel. The longer you smoke, the deeper your stains will become. The best way to get a whiter smile is to quit smoking altogether.

Eat plenty of carrots, Cauliflower and apples
The crunchy (and healthy) snacks will get you chewing and will therefore get your saliva flowing, which will neutralize the enzymes and acids that threaten your enamel.

Rinse with water after eating citrus fruits
Try to rinse your mouth out with water every time you eat oranges, lemons or limes. Citrus fruits are very acidic and can damage tooth enamel. By washing out your mouth, you’ll get rid of the destructive acid.
