What's the quickest way for a woman to change her entire look with one product? A new lipstick shade. If you are like me and are stuck in the world of nudes and light pinks, it's time for a change. These soft, safe colors are great but can tend to be a little boring at times.

With Fall fast approaching, I wanted to explore my edgier side. What better way to do this than by playing around with the new Kat Von D Collection. The tattoo artist, sketch artist, and musician has the perfect beauty collection if you want to channel your inner bad girl. Although there are some really dark black colors in her lip shades, I decided to go with a brown toned dark shade since the super dark colors may be too much of a jump from my previous innocent nudes.

Kat Von D Studded Kiss Lipstick in Vampira is the perfect deep red lipstick. First of all, I'm obsessed with the lipstick tube which she designed it after her favorite bracelet. I see myself wearing this all winter. It's perfect because you can just throw it on with a mascara and look like you are really on trend. It definitely adds attention to your lips and gives you this mysterious romantic look. It feels like old hollywood glamour, a classic style that is subtle yet very seductive.

Since I don't think I can wait until Fall to wear this, I'll probably wear this in the evening maybe with a thin leather jacket and stilettos, it doesn't get more rock 'n' roll than that. Oh and don't forget a bit of attitude! Something about this lipstick just makes a good girl go bad.
