This year, Chopard is unveiling impressive new campaigns dedicated to its flagship collections. Shot by photographers Luigi & Iango, the latest visuals capture the sophistication and power of the regal ‘Imperiale’ line, embodied by model Hilary Rhoda.

With a one-of-a-kind beauty that echoes femininity, Hilary Rhoda suitably represents the Imperiale woman. During the launch of the new campaign at the exclusive setting of the 72nd Venice Film Festival, the red carpet saw Rhoda wearing a selection of main pieces from a new addition to the ‘Imperiale’ line, the ‘Empress Jewellery Box’ capsule collection.

Filled with energy and modernity, the Imperiale campaign stirs up regal emotions - ones that are explored through exquisitely crafted pieces that speak to the modern world, and hence placing Chopard at the forefront of jewelry trends.

The new capsule collection gives wearers the opportunity to variously interpret the jewelry pieces through their imagination. Honoring the baroque spirit of the line, this collection includes five exceptional pieces – a 7-carat diamond-set watch, amethyst-beaded earrings, a 6-carat amethyst-set ring, a 6.7-carat amethyst-set necklace and tiara – to be worn alone or together.

Echoing the power of the Roman Empire, the contemporary pieces reflect a sense of sophistication through the rich, delicate detailing. The interwoven three-dimensional rose or white-gold lacework adorned with amethysts – the emperors’ favourite color in the Byzantine era – outlining a decorative design is reminiscent of embroidery work found on the hangings and cushions on which emperors placed their insignia. Taking part of every piece of the collection, the Imperiale motif gives the line a powerful and royal feel fit for a modern empress.
