Chopard and Ahmad Seddiqi & Sons hosted an exclusive event to share with their guests the spirit of happiness reflected through the house’s iconic “Happy Diamonds” collection. Held at The Mine Art Gallery on October 1st, guests were welcomed in a contemporary, unconventional art space to discover the sparkling world of Chopard’s collection.
Joyful dancing diamonds are what set this collection apart, making it the perfect match to the independent, carefree woman whose cheerfulness makes her radiate. Timeless, daring and modern all at the same time, the “Happy Diamonds” collection captures the spirit of modern-day women who seize the moment and live their life to the fullest. With its continuous commitment to innovation and creativity, the house of Chopard recently launched these new “Happy Diamonds” jewelry creations and timepieces during 2015’s Basel Fair.
Inspired by nature, the new floral “Happy Diamonds” jewelry pieces reinterpret pop-art flowers with a modern flair and include a pendant, a ring and a pair of earrings available in 18-carat white or rose gold. Celebrating its passion for hearts, Chopard revisited the cherished motif and created a new look for it in the “Happy Hearts” collection. Considered a lucky charm, the heart was combined with precious colors. Therefore, the traditional openwork of the heart morphed into turquoise, onyx or mother-of-pearl featured in a thin white or rose-gold chain.
The carefree spirit of the dancing diamonds was also a part of the new “Happy Diamonds” watches. Their signature design features 5 round-cut sparkling diamonds that move freely between two sapphire crystals.
