The first time we ever saw a summer mist facial spray is when we saw Evian bottles being carried around by celebrities through airports. It was the ideal way to hydrate your face during a long flight. Almost like washing your face with cold water but without ruining your make up, this breakthrough product has come a long way with different versions and formulas through introduced by brands.
 

L'Occitane's Angelica Face Mist is made of the expectational plant that grows rapidly due to its hydration capabilities. It has a gentle scent to it that makes you feel calm and hydrated at the same time.

Bobbi Brown's Facial Mist has caffeine and chamomile along with cucumber and green tea extracts. It is almost like you are sitting in a spa, the chamomile relaxes you while the caffeine re-energizes. This soothing formula is great on a bare face or over makeup.

Givenchy's Mist Me Gently-Instant Moisturizing and Relaxing Mist has hyaluronic acid which slows down the evaporation of water. This is ideal for underneath the makeup.

Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Water is another great option to be worn underneath makeup because it locks it in and leaves skin looking refreshed and ultra-soft. It is also considered as a 'setting' spray which sets  the makeup in place while simultaneously hydrating the skin.

MAC Fix + always seems to disappear because someone is borrowing it. After every makeup application, this magical formula sets your makeup and also can "fix" the mistake of drying out your face by putting on too much powder. Apply it like you do perfume, not directly onto the skin but pointed from a few inches away.
