Chanel explores the cosmos once again in a modern take on fine jewelry titled ‘Cosmique de Chanel’. Set upon a ceramic base, comets and stars come alive in a visual display that will leave many dreamy.
 
The starch contrast produced by white gold against black and white ceramic helps further illuminate the diamond’s sparkle as well as the interstellar depiction.
 
The scene of a night sky is painted upon rings and necklaces and plays upon the eternal spirit evoked by the cosmos. With contemporary precision, Chanel depicts the duality between our present modern tools and the infinite. Created in Gabrielle Chanel in 1932, the leading female designer was ahead of her time for she knew all too well that the only depiction that will always be relevant and last till the end of time was that of space.
