A. Lange & Söhne Pays Tribute to Its Founder with a Watchmaking Exhibition at The Dubai Mall

On the 200th anniversary of Ferdinand Adolph Lange, A. Lange & Söhne honors him with A. Lange & Söhne’s Watchmaking Exhibition held at The Dubai Mall from November 10th to November 14th. The fourth in a series of horological exhibitions held in the Middle East, the house celebrates this occasion at the Atrium near its boutique.

Aiming to push the boundaries of its mechanical precision, A. Lange & Söhne always stays true to its rigorous standards. The expertise of its product developers is proof of the company’s commitment towards innovative development.

“The exhibition in its 4th edition gives an inspiring insight into the world of A. Lange & Söhne’s Haute Horlogerie and will offer the increasing number of watchmaking lovers, enthusiasts and collectors from all over the region an opportunity to experience the company’s constant quest for perfection,” said Ramzi Nael, Regional Brand Director.

During the exhibition, a watchmaker from the house’s manufactory will be in Dubai to reveal his skills live, as guests have the opportunity to tour the stand and dive into the company’s rich history. A. Lange & Söhne will be showcasing two anniversary editions , which were unveiled at the Watches and Wonders Haute Horlogerie Exhibition in Hong Kong this September. An 1815 anniversary edition will also be on display and will feature a case in honey gold with a solid-silver argenté-grainé dial. 

In addition, an 1815 Chronograph is presented in a white gold case featuring blue numerals, a pulsometer scale and a flyback function. This edition will only be available in the 16 A. Lange & Söhne boutiques around the world. The exhibition will also reveal two new versions of the Little Langue 1 and Saxonia, which were also displayed at Watches & Wonders 2015.

The ‘200th Anniversary of F.A Lange’ exhibition is open to the public everyday during mall opening hours.
