Many of the images I have been seeing of makeup, specifically eyeshadow, have this beautiful bronzy highly pigmented look. I was in search of something metallic that almost looked "wet" like the color was painted on. So, I tried using different shadows and pigments but I didn't get the full effect until I tried the Yves Saint Laurent Full Metal Shadow in 7 Aquatic Copper. Basically, this looks like a lip-gloss tube but it's liquid eye shadow; you either paint it on with the applicator, or apply with your fingers. You can even use this as a liner. 

Not only does it have this edgy sleek effect, but this shadow doesn't crease or flake. It also lasts up to 16 hours, which makes it perfect for a special event. So far, I have only tried this shade but I am so excited to try more. Eyeshadows can get a little boring sometimes, especially when you are wearing the same shades all the time. This will give you that extra pop making your eyes really stand out. It also photographs really well; if you are like me and have been wondering how these Instagram eyeshadow pictures look so bright and beautiful, I think we have uncovered one of their secret weapons.

Tip: To make any color pop and last all day or night, don't skip out on primer for the eyes. You will love your eyeshadows even more if you try this!
