December, another perfect excuse to rejoice and of course…revel in new gorgeous collections.
As such, Level Shoe District is celebrating during this merry month the new Pierre Hardy AW15 collection, showcasing a playful pop-up in the Women’s Designer section that is expected to last until the 20th of December.
And just like every season, Pierre Hardy collaborates with M/M Paris – a hub famed for its graphic art direction- to craft a concrete image of the collection. It all comes down to one thing, the merging of two different worlds. A designer that calls out to unity between eras and cultures, a sort of artistic revolution if you will.
The collection features couture bows on sneakers and “brush strokes” prints on classic sandals. If we were to compare his work to a place, it would be an eclectic art lounge. Pierre Hardy uses the element of surprise to create a wave of double-edged graphic effects, contrasting motifs and innovative constructions.
Mr Hardy welcomes you into a world of pure abstraction and post-modern art.
