Baume & Mercier never misses the chance to amaze watch enthusiasts with its much-awaited novelties and this year’s Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie opens its doors to the house’s latest addition, a new Clifton Chronograph Complete Calendar timepiece.

The new small complication watch is a fusion between elegant design and signature watchmaking functions. A chronograph function and a complete calendar come together to give the watch personality and a touch of refinement for the gentlemen who are seeking a distinguished and ageless timepiece that mixes between vintage and modern.

Powered by a Swiss-made automatic movement featuring the Valjoux 7751 caliber, this timepiece includes a perpetual calendar that takes the form of a double date window and displays the day and the month at 12 o’clock, as well as a day/night indicator at 9 o’clock and a moon phase display window at 6.  The watch is also supplied with a sapphire crystal case back and blued-steel hands, the signature feature of the Clifton collection. The straps are made of black alligator leather and feature a triple folding clasp.

Inspired by the Golden Fifties models on display at the Baume & Mercier museum, the Clifton Chronograph Complete Calendar watch is faithful to the house’s values and embody its skills and expertise. It is perfectly in line with the brand’s belief that a watch is not just a functional object, but a powerful style statement, a celebration of birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and unforgettable moments in life.
