Audrey Hepburn and Elizabeth Taylor were among the starlets who were known for their classic “chignon”. Today, its power could never go unnoticed when seeking a simple and chic look. Ideal for a formal party this season, this timeless hairdo is definitely your choice.

Start off with a good blow dry and once done, part your hair down the middle and tie it in a ponytail. Twirl it then into a low bun and secure it with bobby pins. Finish off with some hairspray in order to make sure it lasts all night long.

For an extra fancy do, flip your chignon inside out by pulling a gap in the middle of your hair just above it. Tuck the chignon inside the gap and back out from the bottom. 

Now that you’re ready for the party, everybody will think that you underwent hours of hair styling, so let’s keep it as a secret!
