Longines Celebrates Its Partnership with St. Moritz with Conquest 1/100th St. Moritz Watch

Celebrating its partnership with the resort of St. Moritz, Longines unveils the Conquest 1/100th St. Moritz timepiece that features a new chronograph keeping time to one hundredth of a second. Especially created for sports, which require high-precision timing, it is now the official watch of the Alpine village of St. Moritz.

Renowned worldwide as the icon of elegance, the breath-taking ski resort hosts FIS Alpine World Ski Championships and World Cup stages, all timed by the Swiss watchmaker.

This exclusive watch features touches of yellow and blue on the hands or the dial, subtly hinting at the iconic logo of St. Moritz, which is also engraved on the case back. For this timepiece, Longines developed a new quartz movement, the L440. It includes a microcontroller with a flash memory that allows the watch to be reset instantly and intermediary times to be recorded.
