Play Up Your Brow

Here are a few tips on how to enhance the look of your brows whether they are on the road to perfection or just right and in maintenance mode. On a no makeup low key day or a made-up face on a special night, this is my go to eyebrow routine. Never leave home without your brows on!

Using Dolce & Gabbana Shaping Eyebrow Pencil, start filling in the areas that look sparse. I like to use this roll up pencil because the angled wide shape mimics that of an actual eyebrow hair. Then use the spoolie end of the pencil to brush up hairs to blend the product.

If you have a “bald spot” area such as the end of your brows, using a creamy eyebrow gel might be a better option over a pencil. Make Up Forever’s Aqua Brow is great because it comes in a tube which is less likely to dry up like the ones in a jar (I always forget them open). Use an angled brush to draw in a line at the ends.

Go through the brows with a few strokes of Benefit’s Give Me Brow, to fill in a bit more and brush the brows in place.

For a final step, grab a flat brush and dip in a tiny bit of Benefit Boi-ing Full Coverage Concealer. Use this in the areas below your brows just to “highlight” your brow bone while covering up any hairs that you haven’t cleaned up until your next brow cleaning.

Tip: I like doing this under winged liner as well to give that sharp well defined line pop.
