How to Get the Summer Glow

There’s a fine line between looking glowy and oily. No one wants to look oily, but nothing looks more youthful and healthy than a glow. Although using a moisturising foundation like the Giorgio Armani Maestro Glow Nourishing Fusion Makeup will do what it says, your skincare routine plays a huge role. If you have dry, dehydrated skin your foundation will soak into your pores since they are so thirsty. Make sure you are exfoliating and moisturising your skin to start off with a healthy palette.

I used to mix my foundation with a luminizer to get the glowy effect but most products these days already do that for you. When it comes to glow BECCA definitely comes to mind. BECCA Aqua Luminous Perfecting Foundation is light but buildable and a great option for this look.

If you are worried about looking oily, it’s ok to dust a little bit of light powder likethe MAKE UP FOR EVER HD Microfinish Powder in areas like the nose.

Next, let’s highlight. Look at a photograph of a glowy looking model as a guide. They are most likely glowing above the cheeks and above the brows. Apply your favorite highlighter in those areas. Everyone on YouTube raves about the BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector™ Pressed, and personally I love how natural and radiant this makes you look.
