Welcome to the tropics Dolce & Gabbana style. From the life size palm trees on set, to the coconut cart with whole coconuts for guests to drink from on arrival, to the tutti-frutti ice cream cone and pasta prints on silk fabrics, this was a vibrant celebration of all things ‘Tropico Italiano”. This season it was all about the “go getter trend driven millennial” with a front row line-up that included Sistine Stallone, Cameron Douglas, and Sofia Richie and the Urban Millenial dance troop who opened the show. There were those iconic signature touches from jewel-encrusted carnival heels that lit up to glittery embellished cropped jackets styled with ripped jeans.Rich fabrics like brocades were styled into exaggerated sleeved corset tops and styled with micro-minis. A Dolce & Gabbana show would be incomplete without the signature black lace and body-sculpting midi-length dress and fun finale parade of girls in matching t-shirts and minis.
