This year, Dubai witnesses a one-of-a-kind fusion between time and design, as Hublot and Italia Independent give visitors the opportunity to discover sophisticated collections faithful to the spirit of both brands. The World of Hublot – which is available until October 22nd at The Dubai Mall Fashion Atrium – is presented with Chairman of Italia Independent Lapo Elkann, Hublot Regional Director Middle East & Africa Marco Tedeschi, Founder and Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons Vice Chairman Abdulhamied Ahmed Seddiqi and Senior Vice President of Sales and Retail Mohammed Abdulmagied Seddiqi.
The art of fusion lies at the heart of Hublot, the Swiss luxury watch company who has made its history a story of success all around the world. Through this strong partnership with Italia Independent, they highlight the values they share. The latter is a creative and stylish brand that speaks to those who enjoy the independence to blend tradition with innovation by revisiting classic icons in the eyewear field.
In the Italia Independent section, guests were presented to a trendy and sophisticated collection in a camouflaged environment. A message of peace was reflected through one of the two Big Bang Unico Italia Independent collections, designed by creative entrepreneur and style icon Lapo Elkann in partnership with Hublot.
“Hublot and Italia Independent have several matching characteristics and their DNAs are complementary. This year, we spread a message of peace with the new collection, and we hope to keep building on that with our customers in Dubai and the region,” said Marco Tedeschi.
The night of October 13th also witnessed a dinner party with Lapo Elkann, where a special taste fusing between the spirits of Hublot and Italia Independent took over the joyful and charming atmosphere.
