Up your eye game with a favorite trend that’s making a huge come back right now: the Glossy eye lids! You don’t want to skip this one, as it gives off a classic Hollywood glam feel.This look can work both ways, either on a dark smokey eye, or a more natural nude eye.

The main tip here is to build the look gradually as you want the gloss to set in. Start by applying your regular eye shadow on your lids. Since we are going for gloss, one color on the lids is more than enough. Forget about the blending of different shades.If you are going for a softer eye color, try a pale silver as a base color. I love using cream based metallic eye shadows for this look. Now here is the trick, when applying the gloss, use only a tiny dab as a little bit goes a long way.

One option is to use an actual eye gloss which some brands, such as MAC, already carry, or simply use some kind of petroleum jelly (Vaseline) as it works fine and is totally safe.

A final touch to this look is to keep your skin fresh and dewy, no hard 
lines or colors.
