Edgy, hot, chic and totally ON TREND, are Purple Lips. This look is a tricky one though, so lets break down a few tips on how to pull off that perfect purple pout!

Step 1: Choose a purple that is right for your skin. Color choices will range from deep dark, all the way down to a more pale pastel purple.

Step 2: With a purple lip, its best to keep your eye make up neutral. A fine flick of eye liner/cat eyes will work for this vampy look, but please stop there! Keep it simple as less is more.

Step 3: Make sure you create flawless looking skin achieved by using your foundation and blush/contour powders. A flawless look with minimal highlight and glow will look perfect with a purple lip!

Step 4: Base the lips and slowly apply your purple lipstick and lip liner. It's best to do this with a brush as the brush will allow for perfect precision. No blurred lines and no runny product.

Step 5: Once you are finished, be sure to gently clean around the lip with a fine brush and concealer as this will in fact give more definition and sharpness to your lips.
