Stars wear his designs and models swear by his distinctive touch. Indeed, Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad has made quite the impression on the international scene.

The show debuted with Sara Sampaio sporting the first look, who was exquisitely dressed in a form-fitting tasseled dress highlighted by feather trimmings and a contrasting black belt hanging tightly at the waist. See-through gowns were elegantly drenched in a sea of beads and embellishments, while lacy inserts blended perfectly well with velvet pencil skirts. It was all very dramatically elegant- think sheer gowns that turn into capes and an all-white suit that reveals a see-through bodice. What started out as a monochromatic color palette quickly turned into a grayish mood-board, where velvet jumpsuits and embroidered tulle gowns made quite the statement. Leaves and swirls of tulle ruffles summoned a romantic feel, as a nod to Zuhair Murad’s angelic lingo. The models looked like floating Greek Goddesses as they wore atop their heads lavish crowns and walked the walk of a true diva. The designer showcased beauty in all its forms and in all its glory, and he unequivocally made sure he ended his show on a beautiful bridal note.

Zuhair Murad’s collection was cloaked in timeless elegance, one that will be vastly remembered come the most elitist events!
