Limited to just 10 pieces per year, this collector’s watch pays tribute to Mr. Genta’s passion for poetic mechanics and refined artistry. Crafted in a 40mm yellow gold case with a polished onyx dial – an ode to Genta’s love for stone dials – the watch is remarkably thin at 9.60mm, designed for optimal acoustics and sophisticated elegance. The standout feature is its signature complication: the minute repeater, long considered Genta’s favorite.

Matthieu Hegi, Artistic Director at La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton, developed a fresh case design from scratch, blending aesthetic harmony with enhanced sound performance. The distinctive minute track – featuring circular inner segments and case-echoing outer lines – forms the heart of the design. Inside, the in-house manual-winding GG-002 movement, created by Master Watchmakers Enrico Barbasini and Michel Navas, offers an 80-hour power reserve and a unique winding sensation, elevating this piece to wearable art.

Digging deeper in Gerald Genta’s latest reveals, the Gentissima Oursin 36 Burgundy and the Gentissima Oursin 36 Black Onyx stole the show with their refined finishes inspired by natural elements. The Gentissima Oursin is a collection that allows for surprises and ultimate versatility, designed to accompany its wearer through life’s every journey.
