For Spring/Summer 2026, Maximilian Davis takes Ferragamo on a rich journey back to the 1920s, reinterpreting the era through a modern lens while nodding to the brand’s founding decade. Inspired by a 1925 image of silent film star Lola Todd in full leopard, Davis explores the exotic prints of the Jazz Age’s Africana movement – now reborn in silk satin devoré, plongé leather jewelry, and tactile fringes.
The collection captures the era’s liberated elegance with speakeasy-inspired suiting, straight-cut slips with lace cut-outs, and dropped-waist dresses. Menswear channels Harlem Renaissance flair, reimagining zoot suits and expressive dandyism, while neckties become scarf sashes and patchwork dress panels. Color-blocked patent leathers, Gancini-accented knits, and silk crepon florals come along reflecting the graphic spirit of the time, while the color palette with yellow pops here and there takes the looks to new levels.
Accessories in turn shine: the Hug bag returns in glossy patents, woven leathers, and croc-stamped finishes; delicate wrist bags dazzle with feathers and golden clasps. For men, woven leather craftsmanship stands out across both Hug and Sailor bags, uniting history and forward-thinking luxury. As for footwear highlights, they include the sculptural “S” heel, cage pumps, satin bow-wrapped stilettos, and a modern update of the archival Kimo shoe.
