Chloé’s Summer 2026 “Entre Deux” collection offers a thoughtful reimagining of couture within the House’s distinct ethos of ease and freedom. In a paradoxical move, the collection explores what couture could mean for a brand founded on its rejection. Returning to Gaby Aghion’s original vision - beauty and quality for women in the streets - the collection challenges traditional couture without compromising Chloé’s DNA.
Presented at UNESCO, a symbol of openness and creativity, the collection merges couture-inspired techniques with modest cotton poplins, stripped back to essentials. Pleating, knotting, and wrapping bring spontaneity and movement to silhouettes that feel light yet crafted. Floral archive prints from the 1950s and 1960s are redrawn, while classic outerwear is reworked in airy cottons.
This is couture without padding or formality, a continuation of Chloé’s early experiments at Café Flore and Brasserie Lipp – structured yet unconstrained, considered yet effortless. “Entre Deux” lives between couture and ready-to-wear, expanding Chloé’s language into new territory while remaining true to the spirit of its founder.
