At Milan Design Week 2026, Louis Vuitton has introduced its latest Objets Nomades in an exhibition at Palazzo Serbelloni, highlighting a dialogue between Art Deco heritage and contemporary creativity.
The presentation follows the centenary of the International Exhibition of Decorative and Modern Industrial Arts, where the House first showcased its innovative design vision. A key highlight is the Pierre Legrain Hommage collection, honoring French decorator Pierre Legrain, who collaborated with the brand in the 1920s. Among the pieces is a reissue of the House’s first furniture design: a red-and-black dressing table originally commissioned by Gaston-Louis Vuitton in 1921. The collection also includes archival-inspired creations alongside contemporary works by Estudio Campana, Raw Edges, and designer Franck Genser.
Since 2012, Objets Nomades has explored collaborations with international designers, producing limited-edition design pieces. In fact, the 2026 exhibition continues this approach, presenting furniture, decorative objects and tableware that combine craftsmanship, innovative materials and the House’s signature codes. Among the highlights are new versions of the Cocoon armchair and a sculptural football table by Estudio Campana, alongside contemporary pieces such as Franck Genser’s Aqua table, reflecting Louis Vuitton’s enduring commitment to creativity and the art of living.
