Dior Unveils Dior Paradise for La Collection Privée

A new fragrance inspired by Christian Dior’s beloved Provençal retreat.

Christian Dior Parfums has introduced Dior Paradise, the latest fragrance in La Collection Privée, created by Perfume Creation Director Francis Kurkdjian. The new scent pays tribute to Christian Dior’s deep connection to the South of France and, in particular, to the Château de La Colle Noire, his cherished Provençal estate.

Described as an olfactory evocation of the landscapes and gardens that inspired the couturier-perfumer, Dior Paradise celebrates the hundreds of almond trees that blossomed on the estate each winter. The fragrance reflects Dior’s enduring fascination with nature, gardens and the memory of his childhood paradise in Granville.

Kurkdjian said the creation continues his olfactory tribute to Christian Dior’s life in the South of France, drawing inspiration from the almond orchard at La Colle Noire and the anticipation of its annual flowering. Built around a creamy bitter almond accord, the fragrance is brightened by sparkling citrus notes of mandarin, orange and lime, while warm woody facets and tonka bean create a soft, comforting finish.

Dior Paradise is available in 50 mL exclusively on Dior.com, and in 100 mL and 200 mL formats.
