Tiffany & Co. unveils new Bird on a Rock fine and high jewelry creations, reimagining one of the House’s most emblematic motifs under the creative vision of Nathalie Verdeille. Inspired by Jean Schlumberger’s original 1965 Bird on a Rock brooch, the new designs explore the motif through figural birds, abstract Wings and the new Feathers high jewelry suite. For more than 60 years, Bird on a Rock has represented joy, optimism and possibility. The motif famously became the setting for the legendary Tiffany Diamond in 1995, and today, it continues to take the House’s creativity to unprecedented heights.

Hand sculpted and polished in 18k yellow gold, the figural birds feature engraved chevron details and hand-set diamonds. The Wings designs reinterpret flight through alternating 18k gold and platinum, while Feathers transforms the bird’s collar plumage into sculptural compositions of platinum, gold and diamonds.

The new pieces will be available in select Tiffany & Co. stores starting September 1.
