This holiday season was filled with wonderful events and to top it all off, Lebanese multi-award-winning jewelry designer Nada Ghazal honored her country’s craftsmanship with a capsule collection entitled “Blat Beirut – A Tribute to Lebanese Workmanship”.

Inspired by the Lebanese handcrafted tiles that adorned old houses found in the city, the capsule collection featured pieces set with diamonds, rubies and sapphires. Like any other collection by Nada G, it evokes real memories that have never left the mind of Nada.

“During the winter days we were forced to stay inside. Where kids today look down to their tablets and play video games, we looked down to the ground and using the tiles across the floors to play hopscotch, we hopped on our tiptoes to get across the tiles,” said Nada Ghazal, Founder and Creative Director of Nada G. “Those designs are forever engraved in my mind and now I’ve imprinted them on rings,” she continued.

Although this collection was launched with rings, it will also include bracelets and earrings as of the beginning of this year. From flowers to hearts, stars and geometric shapes, the patterns are numerous but the designs are absolutely as creative as they have always been.
