To honor the Middle East’s timeless beauty and cultural heritage, international luxury design house Dima Jewellery has launched its “Dreams of Gold” collection, with a unique campaign shot in Dahshur, the royal Ancient Egyptian necropolis “Deshret”. The latter is roughly translated into “Red Land” and is located in the desert on the west bank of the Nile River, 40 kilometers south of Cairo.

And so, the collection pays homage to traditional Egyptian and Middle-Eastern jewelry, bringing forth the brand’s staple 18kt gold and unique precious-stone combinations and adding it up with world design trends, subtle cultural sentiments and traditional jewelry craft techniques – think iconic crescents and coins adorning chokers alongside lariats, charms and tassels and dome-shaped cocktail rings. The precious gems range from diamonds, wine-red rubies, green emeralds, and deep blue sapphires, lapis lazuli and topaz.
