Suiting up is feminine and tonight, Giorgio Armani proved it all-too eloquently. For Spring-Summer 2018, the designer sent out models portraying the female strength in all its glory; this ultimately meant pantsuits, satin overalls and structured trousers.

The master of clean tailored lines hailing from Italy presented a more approachable spin on couture. Think vinyl blazers with well-tailored trousers, dressed satin shorts with matching jackets, mini-dresses that explode in a fury of multicolored fringes and a color palette so whimsical that even the tights were matched to it. The designer had clearly conjured up the colors of the sky at dusk, creating a collection that resembled a vision of light and romance. To top it all off, some of the models were accompanied by male models in tuxedos, while others could only be described as walking pieces of art, as dresses were made out of fabrics embellished with watercolor effects.
