One of the coolest colors combined with an eternal trend is having a huge moment right now: the dramatic thick winged liner is here to stay for a few more seasons, but rather than keeping it thin, retro and black, we have seen it go up a notch. 

Color is key and blue is major this year. We are talking bright, electric, cobalt blue! Flattering on most, especially with a tan and a bonus if you have brown eyes.

I like to use cream/gel based liners for this look and apply it with a fine eye liner brush, angled, or simply a sharp pointed brush. 

With this technique, you can actually thicken your line as you please or even turn it into a winged application of eyeshadow, meaning all over the lid and outward. 

Remember to keep skin flawless looking, minimal and clean. No shading needed, and pop on a nude color for your lips!
