To celebrate its 120th anniversary, luxury travel brand Rimowa is collaborating with Italian streetwear label Off-White to unveil a unique product, pegged as the result of their first ever collaboration together.

Indeed, the fruitful partnership has revealed an original transparent polycarbonate carry-on case, accented with black handles, wheels and labelling on the locks – all of which are typically Off-White.

“This collaboration was an experimentation where we studied traveling and one's emotional connection to their own “personal belongings”. This Project had been in the works for a while and now the accumulation of various ideas from over a long period of time will be released to the world. I have an affinity for a brand as authentic and longstanding as Rimowa and I enjoyed the task of bringing new ideas to that equation,” stated designer of Off-White, Virgil Abloh.

The Rimowa X Off-White case has no interior lining, but includes the Flex-Divider system in black and customized bags for more efficient and modest packing. The hard case is fitted with Rimowa’s silent “Multiwheel” system for a prime maneuverability and an additional set of wheels in Off-White orange.

The special-edition suitcase will be premiered on June 20th, during OFF-WHITE’s men fashion show in Paris, and will be available for purchase from June 25th in select RIMOWA & Off-White Stores, on rimowa.com (Europe), at select wholesale partners, and in a pop-up store on wechat.
