The Right Shoes for Your Body Type

01 of 05

Inverted triangle
This body type means wide shoulders, broad chest, narrow waist and hips and skinny legs. That said, to balance out your shoulders, you’ll need to go for something delicate, such as ballet flats or pointy heels.

Pear shaped
This only means you have a small bust and a tiny waist but a fuller middle and bottom half and larger legs. What you need to do here is sift the attention away from your bottom half by avoiding mid-calf shoes or boots. Go for open-toe shoes instead.

Welcome to the sacred book of shoes, where each and every body type has its own choices of shoes. But that shouldn’t be a problem for us ladies right? After all, we have a never-ending closet of shoes, and that’s not even enough for us – guilty!

First though, if you still haven’t figured out your body type, then it’s fine time you do so. Do it before you read any further. Guessed it yet? If so, you’re ready for the next step. Now we know there’s no such thing as too many shoes and it’s nearly impossible for you to make a choice, but you’re going to have to. And since choosing the right shoes can literally make or break an outfit, we’re guessing it’s a live-or-die situation here.

But worry not, as we’ve divided the shoes you must own according to each and every body type. You’re welcome
