In support of Italian art, culture and architecture, iconic Italian fashion brand Tod’s presents the ‘Stardust’ exhibition, a project by photographer David Bailey held from March 1st until June 2nd at the Padiglione d’Arte Contemporanea in Milan.
As one of the most important photographers in the contemporary era, David Bailey is an artist with a rich resume. From his photographs for British, American, French and Italian Vogue to direction and production in the world of media, the London-based photographer has worked with many celebrities and is known for creating a new style of casual coolness.
Mixing nationalities from all over the world, the exhibition features portraits, locations and personalities. Among the art pieces, portraits of American actor Jack Nicholson, English model Kate Moss and English rock band Rolling Stones are on display.
The opening was attended by Italian socialites and industry insiders such as Carla and Franca Sozzani, Leigh Lezark, Veronika Heilbrunner, Suzy Menkes, Caroline Issa, Anna Dello Russo and Giovanna Battaglia.
