In collaboration with Firmenich, a perfume and taste company, and Jasmine Concrete – which is devoted to the innovative and sustainable flower farming – BVLGARI announced the “Flower Gems of India” initiative. This project will last for three years starting 2019. During this period, a new approach to jasmine farming will be developed in 100 family-owned farms located in two regions of the Indian floricultural area of Tamil Nadu. Not only will this step increase profits for the community, but it will also improve the flowers’ quality, and will help establish a sustainable farming model for future generations, while it enhances the social and economic situations.
