by Leonore Dicker

This season, the Beirut-based designer enchanted spectators with bright shimmering colors and delicate fabrics. His fairytale gowns mixed tulle with embroidered sequins and sparkled through the runway show.

Chakra, who most definitely drew inspiration from his Mediterranean surroundings, designed a quirky bright-pink Tonga gown, which partially sheltered a gleaming orange dress.

The eccentric yellow silk wedding dress –with its decorated veil– that concluded the show will surely please Chakra’s Lebanese female following, who likes to stylishly stand out.
