As the wave of collaboration swept across the jewelry scene, Gemfields teamed up with Muse for yet another exciting initiative. Gemfields is the world’s leading supplier of responsibly sourced colored gemstones, specializing in emeralds and amethysts from Zambia and rubies from Mozambique, while Muse is a New York-based showroom for emerging and established talent in the fine jewelry industry.

The two first paired up last year, as part of Gemfields endeavor to raise the profile of colored gems in the industry. The successful partnership saw striking designs being debuted in the Muse salon at the Couture show in Las Vegas this summer. GemfieldsxMuse creative journey resulted in two distinct collections: an innovative colored gemstone charm collection, as well as new, fashion-forward fine jewelry, featuring Gemfields’ responsibly sourced Mozambican rubies and Zambian emeralds. The two collections featured over 75 charms and an additional 75-piece medley of rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets.

Seventeen talented jewelers formed part of this collaboration. With a diverse offering and wide range of price points, the new GemfieldsxMuse collections made the colored gemstone fine jewelry more attainable, while reinforcing Gemfields’ mission to promote rubies and emeralds as part of everyday wear.

Brands Buddha Mama, Hoorsenbuhs and Fox & Bond created charms, while Ana Khouri, Dezso by Sara Beltrán, Elena Votsi, Holly Dyment, Kismet by Milka, Lucifer Vir Honestus, Luis Morais, Michelle Fantaci, Nancy Newberg, Nikos Koulis, Savannah Stranger, Silvia Furmanovich, Sylva & Cie and Tara Hirshberg created fine jewelry as well as charms for the necklace.
