To kick off Haute Couture week, Atelier Versace ventured into mystical territories and medusas made out of orchids decorated the stunning space.
As for the garbs, Donatella Versace paid homage to the seventies. Colorful flowing gowns and leather platform boots opened the show. Models wore their hair down and accessorized their looks with bohemian headbands.
A beautiful raspberry chiffon dress glided down the runway while an olive-green gown, embellished with silver motifs, sparkled.
As the show progressed, garbs shrunk and became sexier. Petite black dresses mingled lace with leather while ruffles swooped in onto corset-gowns and introduced French Cancan to the mix: there’s no better dress than one you can dance in.
