Valentino launched its new Black Tie Advertising Campaign shot by renowned photographer Steven Meisel, at the Oheka Castle in New York, and starring Kaia Gerber who, with her bold personality, embodies effortless beauty. The campaign conveys a new image of modern interpretations of iconic elements of the Maison, such as the stud and the roses, and acts as a symbol of opulence and grandeur. This timeless image becomes a frame for the identity, as the campaign discloses the beauty and confidence of a unique individual who disobeys the rules and traditional standards of a dress by establishing their own, just like Kaia boldly embraced the unexpected looks with a newfound sense of rebellion and confidence.

A refreshing departure from the norm and a demonstration of the power of individuality and self-expression, this release turned the black tie that was once a symbol of formality and masculine power into a shift towards inclusivity and personal expression, allowing individuals to celebrate diversity, push boundaries, bringing new life and meaning to a classic symbol of elegance and power. By breaking the codes of the Black Tie, Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli also emptied it of its meaning and gave it a new personal choice.
