First put on some music and light a candle. I am obsessed with Diptyque candles specifically the Jasmin scent. This may sound strange but shower with the lights off will immediately give you that spa-like relaxation feeling.

Speaking of showers, let’s start off from here. Jo Malone's products are always the perfect gifts, but this time instead of gifting her luxurious products indulge in them yourself. She recently introduced several shower oils made of sunflower seeds, jojoba and coconut oil. Peony & Blush Suede is the perfect one to relax and the scent is heavenly. Chances are your skin needs hydration and this is the perfect fix.

What's the first area that looks tired when you've had a busy week? Your eyes. The eyes don't lie, whether you're happy, sad or just haven't slept. Thanks to this amazing product you can fake a good night sleep and the results are in about five minutes! Abeille Royale Gold Eyetech is like the Rolls Royce of eye cream. This Abeille Royale product line comes from the honey of a special bee that only exists on Ouessant Island. This honey has such amazing healing properties that many clients have told me they use it on their skin if they get a cut. Imagine this in an eye cream. The formula comes in a really cool gold applicator that also helps you massage the eye area. Go over your entire eye area with this and the result will blow you away.

If you have ever had the pleasure of using the Kiehl's Nighttime Midnight Recovery Concentrate, you know that you wake up with an amazing skin. Didn't get a chance to do that last night? No worries, Kiehl's just came out with a daytime version of this product. I am a true believer of massage, not only for the body but also for the face. Put a couple drops of this in your hand and give yourself a facial massage. Not only does it feel amazing but you will also look revived. This goes on before your moisturizer. Kiehl’s Daily Reviving Concentrate not only makes you look fresh all day long but it also protects your skin from daily damage. The Ginger Root Essential Oils, Tamanu and Sunflower Seed Botanical Oils are the secret ingredients to make you look well rested.

When you're tired you no longer have that glow, so let’s get it back with Bobbi Brown's Extra Illuminating Moisture Balm. This "Dream Cream" as Bobbi calls it, has Lychee Extract and Caffeine that gives your skin that much-needed burst of energy. It also contains illuminating pearls to give you a glow. Sometimes my skin even looks red and irritated when I'm tired. Whether I have been eating unhealthy on the go or have been drinking too much coffee the day before, all these factors can affect my skin. The Natural botanical Canadian Willow herb in this balm calms my skin and evens out its tone.

At this point it's up to you, depending on what you have going on the rest of the day, hold off on your make up routine. I like to give my skin a break from makeup and just let it breath, even if it's only for a few hours. Make yourself a cup of tea and catch up on the latest fashion news on Azyaamode.com. Finally, some "me" time!

Whether it's running around from show to show at fashion week or getting used to the back to school schedule for your kids, if you feel run down stop and take the time to take care of yourself. With our busy schedule neglecting ourselves can be easy, but it's so important to take that daily time to just unwind, be grateful and relax, whether it's in the morning or evening. Personally, I am more of a morning person. Getting me to put on lotions and potions before bed sounds like a good idea but chances are the products will just take up space in my bathroom. If you don't have time during the week, perhaps this is something you can do for yourself on the weekend. Either way, just carve out about 30 minutes from your day. After your shower is a good time, since we all have to stop and shower no matter how crazy our day is. Think of this as the extra-long one.
