Franck Muller and Vartan Sirmakes transformed what started as a “boutique brand” into a phenomenally successful one and, in less than 20 years, managed to carve a niche for their brand in the world of horlogerie with dials in bright colours, mechanical watches and revolutionary complications. The Swiss watchmaker has, ever since, pushed the envelope in terms of design and creativity.
Franck Muller has recently unveiled the Grande Date Collection, a newline that epitomises a strong character and immense sophistication. Accented by sporty and technical characters, the watch features a truly innovative dial. The highlight of the timepiece is its open-worked dial that ensures you can see the decorations on the movement. The components have been hand-beveled, circular-grained and decorated with Côtes de Genève stripes.
The Grande Date Collection –housing an automatic movement along with a power reserve of 46 hours – features a circular chronograph, a minute counter at 3 o’clock, a second counter at 9 o’clock and a big date at 7.30.
Available in 18k pink gold, white gold or platinum casing, the Grande Date Collection comes with a coloured alligator leather strap.
