Yes, you heard right! Altruism was certainly brewing when Marc Jacobs created his Spring-Summer 2016 ad campaign, as he so elegantly noted that the latter would be a true depiction of one’s self through the fashion lens.
Shot by the famed photographer David Sims, the campaign features well-known socialites in a series of events, painting the canvas of the people that inspire us. With Bella Hadid, Emily Ratajkowski and Lana Wachowski- among others- as part of his Americana family, the celebrated designer doesn’t miss out on a chance to point out that the American Dream is a resilient mix of races and backgrounds that sees no creed and doesn’t limit itself to superficial boundaries.
