Which Suit Should You Get?

01 of 04

The American Cut
Better known as the “roomy suit”, this attire presents a moderate tailoring, from the shoulders to the waist. It is widely comfortable and presents minimal shoulder pads, a single vent on the lower back and a roomy waist for wide middles. The downside? It is a bit on the less-stylish-side.

The English Cut
This suit is mostly acknowledged for its double vents on the lower back. It’s most popular characteristics lie in their ability to make you look taller, thinner and smoother. A word of advice would be to always tailor it, as it is pretty hard to find one that fits you perfectly well.

The Italian Cut
With extremely padded shoulders and no vents from behind, the Italian cut is your go-to suit! It’s ravishingly stylish and worthy of the irreparable Italian style! Its tapered and thin waist makes for an authoritative allure, giving a much needed illusion of grandeur- and of course, of style!

When we hear suits, we hear Harvey Specter, Barney Stinson and expressions like “Suit up!”. But what do they all have in common? They all revolve around an inexplicable attitude of sheer confidence.

You could be having the worst of day, you could even be sporting a really bad hairdo, but if you suit up right, you’re golden! A suit is not just for these fancy-schmancy occasions, and they’re certainly not just for middle-aged men. After all, it was the great Tom Ford who said “Dressing well is a form of good manners”.

But the subject at hand is beyond that statement. It’s pretty hard to go wrong while wearing a suit; all eyes are on you and it transitions perfectly from day to night! And while you could certainly get yourself a job in a smart outfit, just imagine the amount of awesome-ness you could bestow upon your fellow mates while you impress even the most skeptical of women with that sharply-dressed look.

Sure, there are tons of suits in this world, but there are only 3 types of suits that every man needs in his fashion arsenal. So head to our Photo Gallery to have a better understanding!
