The Best Ways to Get Rid of Double Chin

We all try to look our best at all times and we prefer to find as many natural ways to do so, while we stay as far away from surgery as possible. 

The double chin is definitely something that bothers many of us. Sticking to our no-surgery rule, it won’t hurt adding a few facial exercises to our daily fitness routine in order to achieve the desired chin.

1 – Stand up, tilt your head back and look towards the ceiling. Pucker your lips as if you are kissing and hold them for 5 seconds, then relax your lips and return your head to a neutral position. Repeat 15 times.

2 – While looking to the front, open your mouth wide and slowly stick your tongue out over a 5 count, until it is as far out as possible, then return it back in over another 5 count. Repeat the exercise 10 times.

3 – Tilt your head back and look towards the ceiling. Push your lower jaw forward until you feel a stretch under the chin and hold it for a 10 count, then relax them. Repeat this 10 times.

4 – Lie on the bed face up, and let your head hang off the end. Slowly lift your head up toward your chest while keeping your back and shoulders flat. Hold for 10 seconds and slowly return your head to its starting position. Repeat this exercise 2 times.
