It was under the dripping rain that Rad Hourani presented his fall/winter unisex Haute Couture show –but there was nothing stopping the eager crowd that found refuge under over-sized umbrellas.
As expected, layers of darkness dominated the garbs. A deeply V-necked black wrap-around coat opened the spectacle. Salt and pepper tweeds soon took over and were always matched with boyish pumps.
Hourani then introduced a very subtle touch of color –murky olive– that hungrily spread itself onto cigarette pants and Christmas tree-layered coats. Leather jackets came next, to keep the hipsters happy and add some sex to the parade.
Dark thick wool sprinkled in tinsels closed the winter line: Even in darkness, there is light.
