For Spring-Summer 2027, Elie Saab draws inspiration from Jean Harlow’s effortless allure, imagining a woman whose femininity is both instinctive and unapologetically glamorous. Titled À Fleur de Peau, the collection explores intimacy through fluid silhouettes, delicate textures and lingerie-inspired details.

Liquid gowns skim the body with an almost weightless sensuality, while trailing linings, asymmetric hems and lace trims create an intriguing sense of elegance in motion. Layering becomes a seductive art: loose trenches are knotted over sheer midi skirts, embellished bralettes pair with matching slips, and shimmering net separates reveal flashes of skin.

The palette heightens the collection’s dreamy mood, moving through sage green, powder blue, blush and classic black. Draped silk wraps, corsets, bows and ribbons add romantic drama, while embroidered roses climb across black lace and pale pink gowns. Tiny floral details and satin straps lend corsetry a softer, more poetic edge.

Sleek ballerinas and crossover mules complete the silhouettes. Beauty takes a whimsical turn with dewdrops and miniature flowers on the face, while gold-plated monogrammed butterfly frames provide a glamorous final flourish.
