For Spring-Summer 2027, Hermès turns lightness into a design language, imagining clothing as a second atmosphere that moves instinctively with the body. Silhouettes appear almost suspended, with hems lifting, sleeves filling and vents opening as air becomes an invisible yet essential part of the design.

Technical innovation lies at the heart of this effortless sensibility. Gauzy openwork knits create an almost immaterial effect, while leather craftsmanship takes a graphic turn through fine strips of leather embroidered onto mesh, recalling the precision of a Japanese stencil. Modular pieces further enhance versatility, with cords and belts allowing volumes to shift according to movement and mood.

Functionality is seamlessly woven into the wardrobe. A column skirt in Brise de Charme printed silk transforms through an ingenious unzipping mechanism, while wide trousers feature side zips that open for ventilation. Ultra-fine calfskin coats and jackets balance crispness with delicacy, while a silk pongee parka billows dramatically like a parachute.

The palette traces the changing light of day, moving from misty bleu brume to vivid sunset orange and sunflower yellow. Here, technology and poetry converge, making the invisible tangible and turning air itself into the collection’s most expressive material.
