For Spring/Summer 2027, Miu Miu and Miuccia Prada revisit the familiar elements of a modern wardrobe, elevating them through refinement, beauty and considered elegance. Titled “Here and Now,” the collection brings sportswear, knitwear, leather and vintage pieces into dialogue with classic tailoring, chemisiers and embroidered evening dresses.

Opposing elements are deliberately placed together, creating tension while allowing familiar garments to be transformed. Suede is laminated with wax to create an intentionally cracked, aged effect, while crossed lacing replaces traditional fastenings, serving both decorative and functional purposes across denim, pleated skirts, cocktail dresses and shoes. Evening satin and gauze meet metal, while geometric prints reference Miu Miu’s heritage and wider popular culture. Performance jersey pieces become abbreviated tops, silk bows appear against bare skin, and embroidered fragments move onto sportswear-inspired silhouettes.

The collection’s spirit of reconsideration also extends to its collaborations. Wrangler x Miu Miu reworks vintage heritage denim through crossed lacing, reflecting Miu Miu’s commitment to circular design. Meanwhile, New Balance x Miu Miu marks the fifth year of their collaboration with a reconstructed RC150 racing sneaker in technical mesh.

The Spring/Summer 2027 show’s scenography will also form the physical base for Geste de Consolation, an interdisciplinary project by French filmmaker Alice Diop, presented as part of Art Basel Paris 2026.
