Yes, you’ve guessed it. We’re talking about the all-mighty square-toe sandals. Now why do we love them so much, might you ask? Apart from the fact that Bottega Veneta reinvented the trend when Daniel Lee sent down models in squared-toe shoes, we’ve also grown fond of their versatility and their special touch. The greatest thing about these shoes is that you can literally wear them with just about anything, from your most basic pants, or jeans to your hotter mini-skirts and to your more modest midi dresses. If it fits, it stays. Luckily, other designers have been unveiling a series of I-want-it-now styles, from pop colors to more discrete ones. It’s all there. We’re not going to bring up the squared-toe boots – because duh, they’re equally amazing – but since spring is just around the corner, you might as well step into the season in breezy styles.
