The Prada Womenswear Spring-Summer 2016 Advertising Campaign is bringing back the past and breaking through the contemporary barriers.
Captured through Steven Meisel’s lens, models Sasha Pivovarova, Natalia Vodianova and Yasmin Wijnaldum exude a defining feel of sheer elegance and femininity, combined with a hint of rebellion much like the essence of the collection. Elusive yet powerful, the tailoring merged with eccentric accessories make for a state-of-the-art approach. The campaign depicts women floating in space between the past and the present, the traditional and the contemporary, the feminine and the masculine, which ultimately epitomizes the Prada flair.
In a quest to stand out, the Prada Spring-Summer 2016 collection revisits the conventional with a modernistic twist. Taking on the role of a time-machine, the campaign features a sizzling set that takes us on a journey from one era to another.
